Still not quite as good as it used to be and still the spots got filled in 5 days but a positive potential sign. Frankly too early to tell but the most probable cause seems to be IT outsourcing companies reducing their foreign ranks within the US.

Still a lot of outsourcing companies are playing with the system. I hope this misuse stops asap...

Well to be honest, if you look at the core purpose of the h1b program, it was to bring high-speed workforce, primarily in STEM fields. An MBA doesn't exactly qualify as a high-skilled role that the US needs to fix gaps in its workforce. So you're going to be as big an abuser of the system, as the outsourcing companies. Just my two cents.
