I submitted on the 25th, and my application status is still received as well, and I have not received any email I am also an international applicant, if that matters.

Guys I wouldn't worry about it yet. They are still reviewing round 1 apps and sending interview invites for R1. Chances are they aren't even reviewing R2 apps yet, or have just started to review them.
Did anyone join the applicant chat they hosted this morning? Looks like there's a summary of some key points on the admissions Facebook page, and updates about interview invites for Rounds 1 and 2 applicants.
Late to the party but thought I'd share my experience thus far
Applied R1, invited to interview in early November, interview conducted week before Thanksgiving on campus with a 2nd year student
Background is European national, attended a highly ranked university in the US, math Econ with 3.5 GPA, 25 yo female currently working as a management consultant
i've just received an email saying the deadline for R2 interview invitation will be extended to Feb.21, and invites for R1 will continue....what a long way to go
Does anyone else find it extremely annoying to receive a constant barrage of EMBA emails? Throw on top of that a financial aid email today AND no interview invite, and I'm in no mood. Le sigh!

Berkeley is very annoying. So glad I got into another school (that DIDN'T harrass me with irrelevant e-mails!)
Nope. I have not heard a word since I received an email sometime last week regarding holiday closure for the Admissions office. Although the email did say that interview invites would be out as early as late last week for R2 candidates, not sure if anyone has been invited... I certainly did not.

Guys, I would like to request everyone to please update their statuses if you have got interview invites, etc. It really helps not only those applying this year but also next year to get a clearer picture.
If R1 applicants haven't received an interview invite by the 31st, is it safe to assume its over for them? After all the R1 result deadline is Jan 10.

More like end of this week (Dec 21). The admissions office is going on break for 2 weeks and will only have 1 week before the deadline. Although, there were a few invites that went out 1 week before the deadline. Keep you hopes up!
Question, Berkeley's website mentions the decision deadlines (Feb 21st for R2), but not the interview notice deadlines. Any idea when they inform R2 applicants as to whether they will be invited for the interview?
