Do you still need TOEFL for Haas even if you have a M.S. from a University in the U.S. ?

No, you don't. See this from their admission requirement page. esp the highlighted part. The UC Berkeley Graduate Division requires that all applicants who received their degrees from countries in which the official language is not English submit official evidence of English Language Proficiency. This requirement applies to applicants from Bangladesh, Burma, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Latin America, the Middle East, North Africa, the People's Republic of China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and most European countries. This requirement also applies to US citizens who received their undergraduate degrees in these countries or regions. Only applicants who have completed a full year of US university-level coursework with a grade of B or better are exempt from this requirement.

Hi, I have a question pertaining to transcripts in case of an international undergrad degree. The application form says: "If your international institution does not issue official copies of your transcripts or degree certificates, please upload scanned copies of the originals with your online application found under the Education section. " Did you just upload scanned copies of your mark-sheets? Did you have to send anything by mail? I did my undergrad from Mumbai University. Thanks!

My university gave a trascript that lists all the courses I took and my performance (grades) in each. If mark-sheets are the closest documents you have to something like that, you just need to upload scan copies of those. I believe you need to arrange for your college to send official versions of these documents directly to Berkeley in the event that you get invited to interview. It's better to take care of this beforehand as they only give you 2-3 weeks before they decide to delay or jepordize your admission for this reason. Also, I read somewhere that you need to upload a scan copy of your degree certificate if its from an international institution. Just FYI as I saw that in the last minute. Hope that helps.
