Hi guys, I'm from Venezuela (8yrs of experience in FMCG at P&G in several roles and also have an MBA from Italy) and I'll have my interview this Wed 24th...

If not so much trouble could you guys share me any interview insights such as the flow and/or type of questions asked during the phone call?

Hope I could ace this interview and join you guys in January back there in Ann Arbor..!!

Hey Buddy!

You need not take much stress about the interview and the flow because the talk will be very conversational. The questions will be on the same lines as you might have received in mail with one or two specific questions related to your profile..
Just make sure you remain precise and allow them to ask all questions they have prepared for you in 20 minutes..
Also prepare some good questions to impress them in the last 5 minutes, which you will get towards the end.

Just to add to what aniket said,
Just be prepared about questions like
1) give me two examples where you have shown your leadership.
2) after completing mscm program, what is the most important thing your classmates would recognise about you.
3) apart from academics, what skills are you looking forward to acquiring at ross mscm.

I wasn't prepared for such questions but tried my best to answer them. In my interview, Eric was very friendly but the other guy from Tauber institute was a little formal.

Today I did my interview with Eric and it was super nice and smooth...and I was able to be precise and concrete thanks to your tips...

Thks for your reply.. One short question... How long did it take to receive the admission call from after you had your interview? 1 week? 2 weeks?.

I'm a little bit worried because I had my interview on Sept 22nd and havent receive yet any information from Eric

Hello venezuelanguy,

My interview was on 5th Sep and I got the call on 18th Sept but that was for Round 2 applicants. Don't lose hope so early..give them some time to process your candidacy.
However I know a guy from Delhi who gave interview on 30th Sep and got admit within 48 hrs.

Just have some patience and remain positive.
