What was your next best score (Q/V/IR)? Which schools are you targeting?

600 is my second best score. Q47 V27 IR 5.
Worst: 570 Q40 V28 IR 6

I hope to apply to Duke and NYU.

700 is an excellent score . Since your previous GMAT scores are about 100 points lower, you should report 700 score. Though it would have helped if you had scored at least at 4 on the IR , IR is still less important than your overall score .
Check the below link in which the issue has been discussed -

Hi, what do you mean by 'report the 700 score'? Is there an option?
I believe the schools will get a list of scores(all attempts). Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

Hi mina1089,

First off, a 700/Q48 is an outstanding score (it's right around the 90th percentile overall), so you should apply to any Business Schools that interest you. As such, a retest is likely not necessary. Many Business Schools have publicly stated that they do not consider an applicant's IR score during the application process, so you likely have nothing to worry about in that regard. Depending on the Schools that you plan to apply to, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of them here:

Hi Mina,

First off I'm not sufficiently qualified to address your questions so take what I say as a friendly opinion. :)

Given what I have seen seen around this forum, these schools are competitive. There are very few make or break applications.

Since you have attempted the GMAT four times already, the univeristies you choose to report your score to will see all your scores( including all your IR scores). I don't think there is flexiblilty is influence the reporting outcome. Having said that I don't think you'll be harmed if you decide to attempt the test again if you wanted. But it is also quite unnecessary.

Like many others, I will also advise you too concentrate on your essays and how you want to present yourself to the admissions committees. Having devoted so much resources on the GMAT side, you would do well to spend equal, if not more, time on getting your application together.

Lastly, put your best foot forward because the top 20 is appropriately within reach for given your background.
