Hello! I am hoping to get some l thoughts on which score I should submit. Since I took the GMAT online, I believe there’s the option of sharing one or both. Also, I'm targeting H/S/W if that matters.
1. 730 (49Q, 41V, 8IR)
2. 740 (49Q, 41V, 5IR)
My second score is higher overall, but the quant and verbal had no change. Also, the IR score went down in the second test.
Will it reflect poorly to see the lack of improvement if I report both? If so, thoughts on which score to use? Thank you!

If 730 vs 740 (the number) is the deciding factor, you should stick to 740 .
But I see 730 has a good IR and that can be a boost. This is what I think. Experts advice is always the best.

730 (49Q, 41V, 8IR) VS 740 (49Q, 41V, 5IR)- I would suggest you to with 740, and carry some assessment-for why IR score is down in the second attempt-you may expect to get this question.
