Hi Shubham,
I believe you are the same person who contacted me earlier and also on my Linkedin contacts. Congratulations again on your admit to CASS and HKUST. With regards to your points on Cass, see my inputs below
1.)Virus-situation is very bad in the UK
- It's the same everywhere and it's only gonna get worse for a while. But we just need to hope it will get better and wait for the right opportunities to arrive. 2.)Job Market-No one can predict what will happen after brexit, and today UK govt has said that they will not seek an extension on brexit and in previous years a lot of Indian students had to come back to India because of not being able to secure job with visa sponsorship.
-Brexit is not going to impact your job opportunities in UK. You may have heard about students going back to India post MBA but perhaps not hearing about those who have secured employment here. I know of one who got a job offer right into his last month of stay in UK. So if you are willing to go out and network there are plenty of opportunities here. 3.)Visa-uncertain visa regulations, although they have announced that 2 PSW will be given to all the students graduating in 2021.
- You have heard about PSW which is good. What you also need to know that come January 2021 the Visa rules are going to change. It will be a points based system. You can read more about it here > https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -statement. Cass will not be a bad investment should you decide to go for it. It will be difficult to find a right answer on online forums. Sometimes you just need to believe in yourself and do what you feel is right.
Regards,
Murty.
