I have not heard much lately but I assume Judge struggles as it competes against LBS and Said in London Market. Here are a few reviews we have: https://gmatclub.com/reviews/business_s ... e-judge-26 they don't specifically point out flaws in recruiting but do say that the career services could/should do more to help the students and that's a hint that you will be expected to recruit and network on your own or perhaps as a group with other applicants, making trips to London for company visits, networking, meets, and coffee chats.

It does not appear there is much or any on-campus recruiting going on.

Hi Raghav1292 ..
Many congratulations for the admits. Both of the schools are well reputed. Even though bb has given you a perfect answer, I want to add my thought specifically on Career Center-

The feedback point that 'weak Career Center' in Cambridge is somewhat true but the same feedback I get for other schools such as Oxford, HEC, IMD :dazed (Feedback from multiple current students and alumni). So, I start to doubt  that why such a feedback comes when these schools are the Top-10 programs in Europe? Is the data in all the placement reports manipulated :-o ? There could be many reasons such as:
1. The companies coming to campus or off campus are not providing you the work permit?
2. Are you networking properly?
3. What goals you have set with respect to industry/function/geography?
4. Are you aiming high for what you can get?
5. Do you want to compromise on some thing?

Some of the reasons depend upon an individual. For ex. - You are from manufacturing background and you know that there are only few companies come to hire in Cambridge, I suggest to reconsider your choice and you must have the Plan B in my mind. Also, if you want to move into consulting, check the type of Industries for consulting because it's not easy as it looks like to go from manufacturing to financial or strategic consulting.

I recommend to make a Realistic plan -
Keep your dream plan A - Consulting - check the reports again, connect with current students, alumni, IMPORTANT - find a mutual friend (who gives you realistic picture) and not sugar coated (generally, current students and alumni hide some facts), research how you can achieve, be ready for LOT of networking, meeting people, no replies from alumni :?
Keep your back plan B - Manufacturing - this back up plan will help you to get back in to your expertise. Obviously, you will have connections, keep them.

Exchange - I do not think that will be a benefit in terms of employment (when you go to US) :) There will be lot of people who did their MBA's from US.

Additional benefits -
Cambridge - You might get the 2 year extended VISA (check official website). Big Brand name when you come back to India. Everyone will be like WOW - Cambridge !!
HKUST - I do not know much about Asian Schools but seems good for ASIAN market.

To conclude- if you start to work in right direction, start networking, keep learning about the industry you want to get in and how to get in - You will not frustrate later on :)

HKUST is a great school, but as mentioned you don't speak Chinese and Hong Kong is going through a recession right now (protests + coronavirus), so in the near term it seems like a hard city to do well in.

Cambridge seems the no brainer here. You speak their language, English and it's a great Uni! Enjoy London!
