Hello!
I am planning on applying to the global MBA program; how well respected is the program and how competitive am I for admittance?
Age 25 (US)
WE: 3 years in business development for contract manufacturing management company (US) with engineering offices and factories in China
GPA: 3.01 Dual degree in Physics and Communications from UW (apparently its viewed as a good school in China)
GMAT: 720
I work extensively in China, even though I'm in a US-based company, overseeing engineering and manufacturing management. Both of my parents are TsingHua alumni (PHD and Masters) and have connections to the current faculty but not in the SEM program.

your profile should be good enough to get in, assuming you're an american. asian americans have a slightly harder time, but not too bad overall
tsinghua is the best school in china, but virtually no one knows it in america. if your goals are to remain in china, then it's a good deal. also literally no one knows UW, don't kid yourself
