Based on the limited information I can see here, you have a strong profile. Your GMAT score is also on-par with the class average, why don’t you develop a strong application and essays and apply in R1?
What will be important is how you describe your life story and link these separate points. Also, a lot of thought and clarity is necessary on why you need another MBA degree.

I have been thinking about MBA for a while now but kept procastinating thinking my profile isn’t good enough. But I would like to get some feedback/ honest opinion from experienced candidates.
