Images not showing on GMAT Prep Geometry Questions Since new changes!!

Question

I am not sure what the reason is but I just took a GMAT prep test and images for geometry questions were just not displayed. I used Google Chrome as well. Is there something I need to install for this to work? I could see images when the GMAT Prep test was a pop up that was downloaded and then taken but now they have changed it to be online and since then I cannot see images for geometry questions.
Please tell me what I could do to solve this problem!!

Seem to be extremely unlikely. The problem is most definitely local to your computer or may be because of internet connection. 
For clarity, I use the GMAT Prep software regularly and hence can assure you that the diagrams do appear.

I also encountered this issue over the weekend on GMAC practice exam #3. There were 2 or 3 quant questions that didn't display the diagram. I was using Google chrome, so maybe it's just a chrome issue?

I experienced the same issue on my desktop Windows PC last night (first ever full practice exam). Chrome wouldn't even load the page while IE didn't load the graphs/pictures. Needless to say I had to guess on those questions. Ended up with a 440

Try enabling the pop-up notifications. Just try a test after doing this. If the problem still persists, then that's totally an issue from GMAC guys. Because chrome, by default, is compatible for such software.

I'm having the same problem right now! Safari won't load the images either!

I had the same issue a couple of days ago using Firefox. So it's not exclusively a problem of Chrome or Safari. 
Also I noticed during the exam that my adblocker was turned on (uBlock Origin). Maybe it had something to do with that?

Looks like many folks have recently faced the same issue. Did you give GMAC a call to see what is going on?

I got a response from the MBA store. They said that their engineers fixed the problem, that I should delete my cookies & cache and that I should have no problems with graphs not showing on CATs again. They also offered to reimburse me for my broken CAT. So if any of you had the same issue, go ahead and send a claim to the MBA store email.

I will try zooming in and out using Ctrl + and - keys. That may help
