1) m=1
2) n=2

Point A and B are on X axis
n=2 means C lies on line parallel to X-axis at a distance of 2 which is height of the triangle ABC. We know base and height so area of traingle can be calculated

The area of the triangle is (1/2)*1*|n|. Then the condition 2) is sufficient.

Why are we taking it as Right angled triangle? It could be acute or obtuse also?

I got it now.
Even if it is acute angled or obtuse angled, it's height can still be drawn which can extend outside the triangle. Thus only y coordinate is required.
