Best advice: know you story well enough, the WHYs and HOWs and do your best.
I would say each interview is subjective by nature. You either connect or not. Alumni either personally likes you or do not. This may significantly influence your evaluation. Ask youself whether you would like to provide a positive feedback if you did not connect and/or if you personally dont like the candidate/ dont see him/her as alumni?!
Alumni's perception of who are you and of your potential performance during and after MBA are the things, which ultimately will influence the outcome of the game. Remember any communication is two-side process.
Me second interview (30 min) at INSEAD was my worst communication experience I ever had in my life. The interviewer was late for about 30 minutes, during the meeting took his lunch, made few calls, asked 2-3 questions why mba, why now, what's next (that lasted for 10 nmitues no more), then asked several personal questions and at the end of our meeting made some absurd and ridiculous unsupported conclusions about my personality and potential performance at school. For example one of which is questioning my analytical skills (my GMAT Q is 49). Why he is testing analytical skills by giving puzzles and spends on that time?
I do really regret that I did not complaint to Adcoms immidiately after the interview. Please dont repeat my mistake.

PTK , thanks for the advice. I can't say any other interview (either job or MBA) is any different. It's mostly about making a connection. But the interviewer really should not have been so disrespectful as to interrupt the interview with a meal and phone calls. I feel bad for you.

Calling current Insead students!

Does anybody know how hard it is to do be selected as an exchange student at Wharton? What is the selection criteria and how long is the exchange?

I am admitted starting at Fonty. Curious about the above question because I have family in Philly and really do not want to be separated for too long.

Thanks for your input on this!
