I have been having a lot of trouble with my submitted application. The day I submitted the application, the status in the dashboard said "submitted". I was not able to open my application to view it them. I also got a confirmation email, but it was without the application in the pdf format. The next day when I logged in, the status changed back to "saved". I have been calling and mailing insead ever since to no avail. Did anyone go through the same trouble?

Sounds normal. Same thing happened to me. In the next 24hs (as probably the email you received says) your referees will get the link to post their recommendations. Your status will eventually change to "under review" pending recommendations.

Yes, I received that email. The next day I received from my coordinator an email confirming that they had received the application. The status in iApply changed from SAVED to POSTED once I got the email from my coordinator and, same as you, I did not receive the PDF in the first email but I was able to access it in the iApply website by clicking the PDF icon. Check your spam folder, maybe there is your coordinator's email. If you still haven't received it after 24 hours, I would email him or her.

I got done with both my interviews a couple of weeks ago...both were pretty formal. The interviews were at their respective offices and they asked me a lot of questions around my online application form and CV. Both lasted around an hour. They were both of an IT background and holding senior positions in large IT companies based in Bangalore, India. The second interviewer was nice enough to tell me that he would recommend me [big relief !! :-)]..but I really don't know what the first interviewer's thoughts were. Just have to get through this painful wait! Lol

Its a double edged sword for me! I want these 2 weeks go to by slow so I get to prepare for the CFA exams on the 7th; but I also want the days to go by faster so I hear from INSEAD sooner.

Do you get an extra week for submission of recommendations? The deadline for R2 is the 28th of May. So if I submit my application on the 28th, can the recommendations go in later?

Right! Actually the recommenders are only able to submit their letters after you submit your application. In any case, they should start their recommendations asap - they are a bit different from the other schools'.

I am losing my mind too...just hoping they revert to us soon; But going by the trend (atleast for applicants from India), it's highly unlikely!

I think they typically start calling the admitted applicants one week before the deadline. So, I guess it should start early next week.

I now check my email once/ twice a day only (have put my alerts off). Relax! You've done your best and gotten to the interview round - anything that happens after that, happens for a reason. (insert yogic expression here) :)
