Yes, it is very valid. I would actually present myself as a mature leader and would stress all the qualities that this implies.
Kellogg's 1-year program might be a stretch, but the rest of the schools could be within reach (depending on your GMAT score, of course). Bocconi would actually be a "safe" school.
Other schools you could consider are HEC Paris, IESE (Barcelona) and IMD (Lausanne). Actually, IMD typically targets "older" applicants and its class average age is around 31. IMD also values very much several years of people management experience.

Your ECs sound amazing. Try to target 720+ in GMAT to maximize your chances. So, if for once we eliminate the age factor, you provide a well-rounded amazing profile.
You are an older applicant. Age becomes a crucial factor because an MBA is designed for people at an early stage of their career, and thus MBA helps give a great push for their career. Now, how can you make your case more compelling? First, explain why you want to get an MBA. Next, consider whether this is the only way to accomplish it. Consider it and fill your mind with absolutely important reasons to get an MBA. The majority of the problem is solved if you are clear about it. Another issue that business schools are concerned about when selecting an older MBA candidate is if companies are ready to hire an older applicant with this much experience because they have profiles that are better suited for younger applicants and can help them advance in their careers. You may want to read an article on MBA over 30, this will discuss whether doing an MBA after 30 is worth it. And how can you get into a top-notch B school after 30, and which MBA schools accept candidates over 30?
