(The tool, the first of its kind, to be used for all kinds of capital expenditure project cost estimates within Shell globally)
- In collaboration with a Dutch contractor company, Ortec, I played multiple roles such as a modeler, tester, project engineer and user expert in development and global roll out of the tool
- Developed material sourcing profiles, price ratios and cost engineering models for the tool

Cost Estimating Engineer, Sakhalin LNG Expansion Project - Shell Projects & Technology - India / Russia - 2014-15

- Worked with joint venture, Sakhalin Energy Investment Company, to assess different options and scenarios for project development during front end phase with +/-20% capital cost estimates.
