Age: 25 , Gender: Male , Nationality : Indian
Bachelor's : VIT University
Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering , graduated with 3.31/4 in 2014
Master's : Carnegie Mellon University
Masters in IT Management , graduated with 3.33/4.33 in 2018
Work ex:
- 2 years and 2 months at a Big 4 in India as Business Analyst
- 9 months as Data Scientist in Australia
- Just joined a consulting firm in Australia in IT Security team
Award's and recognition :
1) Carnegie Mellon University's Merit Scholarship for distinguished candidates
2) Leeds United FC - Best Proof of Concept for the year 2018 (won in a highly competitive environment involving participation from over 100 analytics firms across the globe)
Entrepreneurial Experience: 6 Months while doing Bachelors in India
GMAT Score : 720 , in the year 2016
PTE : 90/90
I wanted to know, in particular, whether I am ready for INSEAD now, or I need to gain more years of experience before I can apply as a strong candidate in INSEAD. Also, if I need to give GMAT again as it has crossed the two year figure.

More than years of experience what would matter is your Career Progression, Maturity and Accomplishments. Based on thsi one can evaluate whether your are fit for INSEAD or not. Just going by the number of years, yes it looks on the lower end. But can it be compensated by the above 3 factors- definitely.
As an Indian IT Male- you will be expected to highlight your differentiating factors from work ex to extracurricular to GMAT. Indians are expected to score a high GMAT. You have a good score (not stellar) so I would advice you to first spend time on building the blocks of your application. If you feel that your application is strong for INSEAD, you'd rather spend your time and energy on that than re-taking the GMAT. Unless of course you are 100% sure of taking this score to a 750+ at least.
2 years old GMAT is not a problem at all.
Most importantly you have not mentioned your career goals and the need for an MBA and that too from INSEAD. This is biggest piece of the puzzle.
