Hey all, just wanted to confirm this. I heard the deadline for the recommender to submit your evaluation is extended to January 22nd. Can anyone confirm this? This was apparently something that was covered in the recent webinar.

Your recommender will get the link as soon as you register his details on the portal. So do this ASaP!

Also, remember that the recommendation should also be submitted before the deadline.

I am applying to ISB in R2 and have one question around the workflow of the Applications.
When will my Recommendor get the Recommendation link from ISB? Is it after I SUBMIT the entire ISB application in their portal or is it as soon as I update the application portal with the name of the Recommendor?

Hi,
I received a mail from ISB that says:
1. You need to submit only one evaluation as part of your application
2. Click on the link 'Send request to ISB', if you have not done it yet
3. Your evaluator can complete and submit it by January 22nd

So, is the deadline for LOR 15th Jan or is 22nd Jan fine for R2?
Also, what does 'Send Request to ISB' mean here? There is a 'Send Recommendation Request' in the application that I have done. Are both the same?

Did anyone else receive such a mail?

Yeah, their portal seems to be down. Apparently they've been trying to fix the issue for the last 3 hours.
Hopefully they'll get it up and running soon.

Portal is down. It was slow all through the day but now completely stuck. They said "they will fix it in 30 mins" 3 hrs ago. Hopefully soon !

I have been struggling to save details in application form from last 4 hrs. The system is not letting me save anything. And the admissions committee's number is constantly busy. If anyone has any idea of ISB's course of action in such case, kindly reply.

Somehow my call got connected. They said that very soon they will decide whether or not to extend the deadline because of this issue. FIngers crossed

The server is still down. I wonder if I'll be able to submit my application. I had to postpone it until the last date because I couldn't find my payslips from the previous company and now that I have the payslips this happens.

Noting yet. Work Experience is most problematic. Did not save a thing since Kohli got out.
