Based on the info give, I'd recommend a GMAT retake and push it to 700+.
The fact that you are not currently working might hurt your chances if the break is too long and not used productively towards your career growth.
The nature of your work experience, career progress, achievements is not evident in the information given. So virtually impossible to comment on that.
Past academic scores and Extracurricular look decent, but you will need to build a strong narrative involving Work Ex, Diversity, Academics and Career goals after ISB. You can read here on what will make a strong application.
Also, not sure what your career goals are- your chances are dependent on the fit of your goals with your past skills and ISB. Get started on your research on career goals here.
Some other schools that offer a similar program are IIMA (PGPX), IIMB (EPGP), IIMC (PGPeX) etc. But the above feedback will stand for all of these schools.

Hi,
I am working in GroupM, it is the largest media firm in the world. My work profile is Consumer Insights and content. Have been working here for the past 2.5 years. Have done post graduate course in communication management from Symbiosis, Pune. I am also a Mechanical engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka. Worked for year after that with Hero Motocorp. In total I have 3.5 years of work ex. Have won a lot of business school case study competitions. Have been the placement cell head as well at Symbiosis. My GMAT score is 620. Should I apply to ISB with this? considering my profile is not of a regular IT guy but from a media background.

I would also like to inform you that I had got a call from ISB last year with the same score, but could not make it in the interview. Also I was working then, so you are right in saying that I need to re-take the exam to increase my chances this time. Thanks again!
Aim upwards of a 730 as GMAT expectations will anyway be higher from you (as an Indian IT Male
