Do we even get Rejection Email? I thought they don't send these emails.

I think we should expect a delay since the submission date for GMAT was pushed by a month. I think the results will start rolling out in December.

Did the application portal show shortlisted for Stage 3 or was there a mail sent?

Also people who had filled before Sep Deadline i.e. 31 Aug have they been sent interview invites?
Like is there a pattern??

Yeah, I think the interviews may go for quite some time till Jan probably since I also received a mail few days back that my application has been verified and found complete.

The website says admission is on a rolling basis whereas earlier we were informed it was not! Can anyone clarify if they have received an offer letter?

Offer letters would only be given on the final result day which is in Feb after all the interviews are over. It was decided on August 30 that admissions would occur on rolling basis.
