Janice's Pub is replacing some of its standard tables with tall tables and stools. The pub already fills every available seat during its operating hours, and the change in seating arrangements will not result in an increase in the pub's seating capacity. Its B. If people spend less time eating dinner then one table can be used to serve more customers during a day. This will of course lead to an increase in revenue.
It might be argued that people who spend less time eating dinner also spend less money because they order less drinks or a third course. I think this consideration is valid but in the context of the other answer choices this is clearly the best one.

A is the trap answer for this question !
You have to read very carefully. The prompt says : the change in seating arrangements will not result in an increase in the pub's seating capacity
If you pick A you are likely to think that smaller occupied floor space, will mean more tables, which will mean more customers and more revenue. But the prompt tells you that the seating capacity is the same, which makes this answer irrelevant. You have thus to keep looking for another factor that could influence revenues !
