App submitted...awaiting 1 rec letter. Had connection lost on my first video essay question...the second one was very smooth. Uploaded within 5 seconds as well. was asked "what is one piece of technology you cannot live without"

I got a reply saying the video essay will be waived for me because I had trouble with it. The email also mentioned they know a lot of people are having problems. So don't freak out if nothing works, email Admissions & get it waived Posted from my mobile device

Application is in. Sure feels good. Sounds like there were some people having issues with the video essay. I lost connection on my first attempt. I was fine with it, because I couldn't think of any great answers to the question. The second one went well. I felt good about it, but when I watched it, I noticed that for about 7 seconds, the video froze. Luckily the audio was fine. I was really happy with my response, so I didn't dare try again. I was asked, "If you could teach a class on any subject, what would it be and why?" and "What is one interesting thing about you that you would want your future Kellogg classmates to know about you?" Absolutely no issues with the video essay. Just followed the on-screen instructions. My video took 1100 seconds to upload. Good luck everyone

Can I try recording a few time, take a break and then attempt the video essay?

You can do as many 10-second test recordings as you want. And yes, you can logout and come back later to do the real thing.

waiting for 1 more rec letter. i wrote my boss an email yesterday, and sent her a reminder through the kellogg application today. still no reply. any tips? i am VERY scared now...because kellogg does not accept late rec letters.
