I pick C, because it resolves the run-on sentence problem. Independent clause + comma + Noun ("a fact") + Noun modifier ("that...")
B is wrong, since "which" incorrectly modifies the closest noun "move" and distorts meaning.
D and E also conveys unintended meaning.
