Hi everyone! For LOR for MIM ,do you think 2 professional LOR will be stronger than 1 academic and 1 professional . Additionally,Will an overlap of answers be acceptable if you have 2 professional recommenders from the same organisation? I have 1 year of experience is business consulting at EY and academic excellence too but I feel that academic success is already covered in gpa . What would you suggest?

natasha760, I would think professional LOR's are stronger. That's what you are asked to submit for MBA - only professional LOR's.
