Hi,

I have a GMAT score of 700 and IELTS score of 7.0 with 2 years of professional work experience, but my CGPA is 71.8% is the last two years of my undergraduate degree.
I wish to apply to MBA programs, Fall 2019?

How are Indian university transcripts assessed in Canadian Universities?

Any suggestions?
What are my chances?

Hello SRGCanada

Acads does not seem a problem in your case. But to evaluate your overall chances one must understand your profile in much more detail around nature of work, achievements, extracurricular and career goals. You can read here to know what matters in a profile.

Hi SRGCanada,

Thank you for your post. As far as the academics, your scores are good for Canadian universities. You will need to elaborate a bit about your professional experience. What is your role? What sector do you work in? Do you have demonstrable leadership experience? This is an essential component of the evaluation process.

The evaluation of International degrees is somewhat subjective and varies from school to school. Both McGill and Rotman, for example, have their International degree evaluation approach online (below).

McGill: https://www.mcgill.ca/gradapplicants/international/apply/equivalency
Rotman: http://portal.sgs.utoronto.ca/current/admission/intdegequiv.asp

If you would like to continue the conversation, please reach out to coordinate a free consultation (contact details in signature).

Good luck!
