I should also state that USC reviews apps once a month. So if you submit it before they review the apps, you should hear back within the month. But if you submit it mid-month, you might have to wait until next month before you receive a decision.

During information session I heard them say the same thing you mentioned. Another person there told me 4-6 weeks is average. Then afterwards I was speaking to the Assistant Dean and he told me it should be closer to 4 weeks and if you don't hear back within 4 weeks, to give them a call. It had been a little over for 5 for me so I let him know and he told me he would look into it. I called the office the next day and they told me they focusing on the Full Time apps at the moment and that it could take 6-8 weeks; however the following day they posted their decision on me.
A lot of conflicting reports regarding the response time but I am glad I final got the acceptance. Good luck to all those still waiting or in process of submitting their applications!

No announcements this week from anyone? I thought for sure I would be getting some news today
