R2 applicants, any word on admission decision. I was interviewed on 20th Dec or so and I was told that I will receive my decision by mid-Jan; however, I have not heard back from the admissions committee. I wanted to know the decision status of other R2 applicants before calling the committee.

R2 applicant, was interviewed on Monday 6th January... I was told that I will receive the final decision in 2-3 weeks…haven’t heard back anything yet



Can you let us know when you submitted your app and when you finished your interview?

I'm a R3 applicants. I got my admit about two weeks ago with $$$. I interviewed in mid Jan so it just takes some time I guess... hang in there guys and gals... hope to see everyone in College Station :-D

got this reply from Mays today:

"We are experiencing a delay due to things that were out of our control. The University was closed for bad weather and then our spring break occurred. We hope to send out decisions by the end of the week. If there is a decision available, you will be alerted via email."
