Can someone comment on the application system? I uploaded a non-finalized version of my essay and just found out and replaced it with the finalized version. However, when I click "Print Preview" and PDF file still reveals the non-finalized version of my essay. Did anyone experience the similar issue? Please advise... Thanks!!!
I submitted in round 2, but I do not recall having any issues uploading updated essays. You could try changing the file name of the updated essay before uploading, some apps have trouble with that.
I was wait listed and I actually received an email today (1/17) from the McCombs ad comms. They want me to "submit a video interview to help them learn more about my candidacy and interest in their program."
Any clue of kind of questions they are asking in this interview. I also got the notification but not sure of what is the line of thought behind this video interview.
same here, I too got a mail to submit a video interview.. anyone familiar with the process please let us know what kind of questions are asked..

Sorry, I can't help you. I asked them to remove me from the wait list. I am going to Rice.
For people interested in I-Banking/Consulting after McCombs, below is a pretty interesting article on Super Week, which is hosted by the career mgmt. center.
Would anyone who's been admitted and accepted mind sharing other dates (besides Preview Weekend, which thanks to this board I know is April 4-6) for summer/fall 2013? I saw on this board that in 2012, students were expected to be in Austin by August 1, there were trips to the Central TX area, and other important dates were listed. Wondering what anyone knows about this year's schedule.
My husband just got his interview invite for R3 as well, this is impressive turn around time.... How many applications have they reviewed so far? Is it a good sign if they send out invites this early?
Round 3 applicant. Just got invited to interview. That was a quick turn around. Plan on taking it in second week of Feb.
Any tips!!!
Also, I recently got an email to pay fees but it also had request up submit TOEFL score.
I meet all the requirements for TOEFL waiver (checked all the boxes in the application), then why do I need to take the TOEFL?
Quick question - How much information will the interviewer have about me? Blind or we read?

Other than the TOEFL score, you should be able to find all your answers in the earlier pages of this thread. Also, you should send your TOEFL question to [email protected] because they can clear you individually if that's the case.
MAP Trips and dates are not yet final for this Fall, however they will be revealed at Preview Weekend in April! Regardless, Admissions does recommend that if you attend in the Fall you are moved in my August 1st as the optional bootcamp is typically the 2nd week of August and Orientation starts the 3rd week of August. It will be helpful to have yourself entirely moved in before school actually starts because you will definitely not have any time to unpack boxes once everything gets started!
