I thought so, but in actuality universities issue unofficial and official transcripts. My unofficial (which I thought was official before joining this forum) didn’t have my degree conferral date and registrar signature and higher level GPA breakdowns.

It also says official transcript and has my university’s seal on it whereas my unofficial didn’t

my recommender is saying the form is not getting submitted. It says "Site cannot be reached". Anybody else facing the same issue?

Clear cache and all browser cookies and retry and if not immediately email adcom

Try different devices. My recommended had to clear cookies to go through

No ideally you need to attend some session to eligible for it even though reapplicant McCombs ask to pay

The payment option enables after a day or 2

After you submit the application

If you get waiver you need to wait for 7 days to reflect the changes of waiver, but until that it shows you need to pay 200$

Per adocm, if you apply with same email ID it will be applied automatically.
