I don’t think I’ll even receive the link anytime soon. I am still waiting for App Fee Waiver to be processed. I think once we pay fee or it gets waived, then we’ll get the link.

It could do both. For one, it gives chance for everyone to improve their chances. Also, since we have 7 days we can prepare our responses. But it will make the process a little bit more competitive as everyone will submit their Video assessment instead of select-few earlier
