Meaningful impact?

Hi, I was writing the essays about the meaningful impact. But I am confused which one to pick, impact in either at internship or at volunteer work? I think I have made a meaningful impact in both the spheres, but confused which one to choose. Can you tell which one adcom really cares and makes me more competitive?

I am confused in volunteering because I have not been been a part of any organization, as volunteer work has been my personal all alone. I am worried that it may doubt my team work spirit.
