internship? how old are you?

both are not great choices, but pick volunteering

21, looking for deferred programs. GMAT 750. GRE Q167 V160.

I am confused in volunteering because I have not been been a part of any organization, as volunteer work has been my personal all alone. I am worried that it may doubt my team work spirit.

ohhh, you are an undergrad. that's totally different then

volunteer work all alone is kind of sus. do the internship

Since you didn't provide any details on these experiences, it's hard for us to tell you which one to choose, but when you are making this choise you should consider which experience will shed a new light on your candidacy (taking into consideration what you already wrote in your application), your career goals and how it will help you show fit to the school.
You can read these essay examples to help you write about meaningful experience/impact: https://www.aringo.com/free-mba-experie ... y-samples/
