i'm going to the dinner on the 27th! and the nuclear fission plant tour. my interview is 9 AM friday, wondering if i should plan to be out all day or if the whole networking and pastries thing until lunch is really as optional as claimed
girl your posts have been a roller coaster ride, from changing your status to "ding" the first day you didn't get an invite and being upset because LGO was first choice to now saying you think stanford's MBA is WAY better and the MS is on par. perhaps all this overanalysis of minutiae and lack of confidence ("sadly for me" etc) and excuse making came across in your application?
i think you're overthinking and letting your ego get in the way of making a decision. i know it's an important decision but if you're discussing it this much with strangers i'm sure it's happening in real life too. relax and see what happens.

I received a standard follow-up email today (~2 days post-interview). Decisions will go out by March 3rd, but they have specifically said that you can email them if you have offers from other schools waiting. They may not be able to provide an answer, but at least you can ask.

Thanks for the feedback. I am past that phase. Letting things happen on their own for now. I don't have any ego, its just a choice that will stick to me for the rest of my life and I believe I've already chosen. Have a great interview!
