Present Perfect is the wrong choice here, moreover the second part (, and they are) is not clear
A. have now been priced to sell, and they are ( priced to sell ?)
IMO C; have sell is wrong
B. are now priced to sell, and they have (sell)
C. are now priced to sell, and they do (sell) CORRECT
The usage of "being" makes the sentence awkward
D. are now being priced to sell, and have
