Need a profile evaluation
10th : 8.2
12th: 85% CBSE
UG : 8.95 CGPA in bachelors in physiotherapy and rehabilitation medicine
Gender : Female
Work exp : 1.8 years experience as a medical case manager in a private insurance company, role required decision making and leadership skills.
Hobbies - classical Bharatnatyam dance practice, I play TT and love reading from political history, science, tech, business to fictional stories.
Have some work related achievements , successfully designed parameters for a feature that increases efficiency of the employees in my department.
GMAT : yet to take (hitting 650-660 in official mocks)

Fairly unique background, I'd say. But with only about 2 years of experience when you apply, the competition could hurt your chances. Your steep learning curve and overcoming situations related to needing an MBA must be evident in your report. Your academic record is decent, but try to get a high score on the GMAT. The competition is so fierce that there will always be someone with a better GMAT for a similarly situated profile. Business school cohorts are formed in a sort of bell curve, and of course the selection rate for people with less experience and those with too much experience is quite low.
I have had success in admitting applicantsto ISB with only two years of experience at the time of the PGP application, so I can say from experience that for someone with only two years of experience, you should showcase how you are different from other similar applicants (with similar age and experience) because you were promoted early, have thorough insights into the industry (pick a focus area and go deeper), have worked in project management and crisis management, and have a mature overall perspective.

@Trinity - To evaluate your profile better, I'd like to understand more about your work-ex (e.g. which functions/ domains were you involved in, were there promotions etc.) and your post-MBA career goals.
Given the lower-than-average work-ex, a strong GMAT score, ideally 10-20 points above ISB's average, would help position your profile well.
