Even I face a similar problem, but i am going ahead with my GMAT and doing it this year.

Hello, i was taking Official GMAT Mock 1 for the 2nd time and scored Q75 in Quant. While reviewing my mistakes, I was looking up the wrong-question solutions on GMAT Club and noticed something that confused me about the adaptive algorithm. I had 3 consecutive wrong answers, but the algorithm still gave me an 805+ level question afterward (it was classified as 805+ on GMAT Club), which I got wrong, of course. Also, i got the very first question of the Quant section wrong and it was classified as a 655–705 level hard question on GMAT Club. So i just wanted to know: - Can I expect to get an 805+ level question even after 2–3 consecutive mistakes? - Can the Quant section start with a hard-level question on the actual GMAT?
