Did anyone bought practice test 3 and 4 recently? I am unable to buy them It's always popping up as error processing card transaction after submitting otp

Not Practice 3-4 but I recently bought PE 3-6. I was facing the same issue. Even after entering the OTP, it was a failed transaction. Kindly check in the settings of whatever card you are using that "International Transactions" are enabled to purchase. that helped me

Can someone help me understand how are this two statement different ? -It says something that is rather clearly not an assumption integral to the argument but is so obviously connected to the argument that a test-taker is tempted to choose it. - It says something that may seem to be an assumption integral to the argument but is not actually an assumption integral to the argument

The premise is the same in both cases (the assumption not being integral to the argument), however the second part of both statements just gives some additional info (not really relevant, imo). I think just the first statement is enough
