*Not able to schedule GMAT exam and GMAC and Pearson both are not able to help me out*
Hey Guys
I am stuck in an helpless situation and I need all the help I could get.
I am not able to schedule GMAT exam and GMAC and Pearson both are not able to help me out.
To give you background, I had my GMAT at a test center on 17th and they didn't let me write the exam because of my name mismatch in the application form and passport.
A ticket was raised to address this issue by the test center, and the GMAC informed that the amount will be forfeited and they matched my name in the mba.com profile. They informed me that now I need to schedule another exam.
So yesterday 18th, I tried to schedule an exam, the amount got deducted but I did not get any confirmation letter. Nothing got reflected in my mba.com account. I contacted the customer care they told there is some issue from their end and I was informed to wait until the refund happens. The refund happened in a couple of hours.
Today 19th, I contacted the customer care and asked them to schedule the gmat on my behalf and accepted to pay 10 dollar service fee as well. And even they could not schedule an exam. Same thing happened i.e. money got deducted from my end, but they did not receive it, and i didn't get any confirmation letter.
I enquired is this because of their rule of not able to book 2 gmat in 16 days period but they denied and stated that - "If a candidate's exam is flagged as No Show or was denied to write the exam, then they need not wait for 16 days to schedule another exam".
Now I'm confused and lost.
I am not able to schedule an exam.
GMAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is not able to schedule an exam.
I am not able to comprehend as to how is it becoming so difficult to schedule a GMAT exam.
Anybody who has faced any similar issue and any resolution steps that may help me, kindly let me know.
Should I try creating another mba.com account?
