Dear Saurabh,
Many schools do offer a waiver but do not mention it clearly on their website due to large inconsistencies among schools/ universities in countries where English is not the native language. Take India as an example, almost all universities would claim the instruction language as English. How many candidates do you think pass the bar that is required?
There is no clear answer and that is exactly why there is a requirement of a standardized test. At the same time, if you have any documentary proof of your abilities, they may give you a waiver. For instance, I have shown my earlier TOEFL score (112/120 : now expired) and an article published in an international science journal as a proof of my language abilities."
It also largely varies from university to university on what is considered as a substantial evidence for a waiver.
I took the GMAT a few days back and scored 650 (Q 45, V34).
Well, I know that its not a very good score. However, I saw the average GMAT score of 658 on NUS website. Can anybody throw some light what would be considered a good score for getting an admit in NUS?
xinga-Thanks a lot for sharing the questions(PM)..
Really appreciate your response

I have a question regarding post-MBA employment in Singapore,I believe many people on this thread can advise me on this. I am thinking to apply to one of these universities in Singapore, but my concern is that I don't speak Chinese at all and as I understand it greatly limits the number of positions I ll be able to apply after graduation. Can somebody provide any additional information on employment opportunities for foreigners in Singapore?

English is the business language and not knowing Chinese does not put you at a disadvantage.
