Hi bb,

I had posted a new question on 24 July, and received 2 points for it.

However yesterday a moderator by mistake had merged my post to another question which was not same question and i lost 2 points.
I PM the moderator and informed its not the same question and help to unmerge the post. Finally it was done but i have not received my rewards points back. Could you please do the needful.

Following is the link of my post.

Thank you.

Hi. Sorry about that. Unfortunately the merge process breaks the sequence and points will not be awarded. I do not have a way to give you points either - it is a closed system... nobody can give anyone points.

My friend recently joined gmatclub and said that she could "kudos" everyone but me. And I've noticed that even after replying people with their personal queries I have not received any kudos (might be the case that they didn't award me one, or might be the same case that they tried but kudos couldn't be awarded)

How can we check this?

P.S.: I don't crave for Kudos nor do I need them to buy anything from gmatclub. But its nice to earn it right?

P.S.S. : Don't Kudo this post just to check if it is working. I am already embarrassed! :)

Hello bb,

This is a great way to keep members engaged and Motivated. Brilliant Idea - Thank you!

However,
Sometimes I dont seem to get points for the activity that I do. For example, I used the Timer today and yesterday - But got no points for it (This has happened few times). Also, Sometimes I do not get points for joining the Chat. Are there some "exceptions" on how we earn points? Or do you think this is some problem with Browser/Mac? :)

Hi susheelh,

If you carefully look at https://gmatclub.com/forum/rewards-dashboard.html?page=howto

then you will notice that you get a point for GMAT Club Timer attempt per day (after 24hrs). similarly for joining chat every 72hrs.

Any activity re-performed not after the said duration won't get the user corresponding point.

Consider PST time :)

I face similar problem while upvoting abhimahna 's posts. Of the hundred posts that I read of him and tried to give kudos to, only 2-3 got registered.

Oh yes.
See the attached image. When I click "+1 Kudos" then this loading appears. Nothing really loads. When I refresh this, I still could see the +1Kudos button indicating the previous one is not registered.

I don't pm moderators, i used to think it will make me look like despo  I pinged warriorguy after thinking about it for 2 weeks :P
And you and I never really interacted. That's why :)
I should have notified you, my fault.

But this could be looked into now :)

Thanks for reporting the issue! We will look into it. There are a few reasons this may be happening including an issue with Java on the browser. Next time this happens with you giving Kudos to someone, please PM me with the link to the post that you tried giving Kudos to.
Thank you.

I am excited to announce that we have a new Reward available - now you can redeem your points for a 10-day access to the Target Test Prep Course.

The 10-day access is unlimited, meaning you are not constrained to a certain section of the course.
Anyone with 75 points (at this time; point value subject to change) can redeem for the Target Test Prep Course 10-day access.

Good luck and hope this gets you closer to your dream score!

See All Rewards Here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/rewards-dash ... ge=rewards

Please note that it does take 1-2 business days to process your reward; it is not instant folks. Thank you for your patience.

Hi BB,
I am not able to access my redeemed rewards, 100 points have been deducted and it has been more than 48 hours, I have not received any notification for my free tests from veritas , also the premium membership has not started to reflect in my account. Could you please look into this so that If there is a problem or something, I shall rely on other resources/tests.

Thanks,
Tanvi
