Hello everyone,

Firstly congratulations to those who have got the admits and good luck to the ones applying.

I am planning to apply for the MBA program at CBS and was hoping for an evaluation of my profile and post-MBA goals. Could someone please help me?

Thank You.

Have there been any regular decision/non j term admits thus far? Last year, they started around this time.

Denied without Interview. 10/19 application submitted date, rejected on 12/12.

That makes the 4th school to deny without interview. I don't really get it.

Profile:
32 years old, American (White/Middle Eastern), 760 (47/47), 3.6 GPA from state school, Marine Captain (Reserves/Logistics), work in compliance for JPM. 10+ years WE but mixed with deployments, etc.

Did you work with an admissions consultant?

No, I did not. But I did speak to varying degrees with other veterans who attended these schools, including those I continue to serve in the Reserves with or served with prior to. What turned me off to admissions consultants was the high price ($5000+ for 5 schools) for what other vets were telling me is a service they did not have to use. That may have been a bad call in my case.

I am now going to reach out to admissions consultants for Rd2 applications. Hopefully, I get good news from Sloan by Monday.

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know whether the "interview feedback received application status update" email is sent after your interviewer submits the feedback or after the AdCom receives it? In other words, does the submission or confirmation of receipt trigger the status update?

Thank you for your time and help. I'm both nervous and excited to hear back.

I'm pretty sure those two things are one in the same in their system. Once the alumni uploads, it is considered received and the 14 day countdown begins. I received the note outside of business hours (late at night on a weekend).

I submitted 10/10, but my last rec letter came in 10/15, so I think I count as 10/15 in the system. I got the invite on 12/12

Those who have received interview invites - is there a choice between a f2f interview in NYC and a Skype interview? Also, what's the time window they provide for the interview date? I applied late October and curious if an interview invite would disrupt my Xmas vacation plans. Not that I would mind TBH :-)
