Yes it is required. Although you can submit it in any template, it’ll be good to do it in the Rotman template. It’s available on their website.

WE: 120
Heard via: skype call.
Scolarship: no info.

I applied by the end of R3. I met the regional assistan director in person here in México, it was so nice of her calling me to give me the good news.

Some tools available online to help you with that.
You can use them and Rotman will check your grades in the 10 point system anyway.

I think the application asks you to leave the section blank if you don't have a GPA on the 4.0 scale. Or the app gives you a drop down on the base scale, like 4, 10, 100. I can't remember though but it will be stated very clearly in the application itself.

Do we need to send original transcript to rotman as part of application .

Yes: I did receive a confirmation email post submission.
You don't need to send original transcript to rotman as part of application. But you do need to upload the scanned copy of your transcript.
