1. 1 Year within the Philippine arm of a Japanese Engineering, Procurement, and Construction company. Developed the detail design of mechanical equipment to be used in an LNG Plant in Australia.
2. 3 Years as a General Manager within a family business focused on LED Lighting supply and installation contracts for large-scale commercial and residential developments around the Philippines. Helped scale our team from 8 members to 32 members, and our revenue by more than 400% since when I started. Formed business partnerships with international suppliers.

Thank you for your detailed post. Your family business accomplishments are impressive and will help you to tell a strong story. That said, the GPA and GMAT would likely keep you out of Wharton. Fuqua, Cornell and IESE are more realistic and Ross could go either way.
