I think 7 is the answer.

50/(2+5)=7.1something

Here, 2 is the width of block + 5 meter interval.

Its (A)

Total length = 50 m

As first box has to be placed 5 mts away from the wall and one box is of 2 m (as all dimensions are of 2 m);

we have (5+2) + (5+ 2) + (5 +2) + (5+2) + (5+2) + (5+2) = 6 sets covered 42 mts

If we place one more box it will give us 49 mts, but as the distance from wall should be 5 mts, we can't place this set.

Therefore (A), we can place only 6 boxes.
