Congrats to all the admits !

I was interviewed on 15th, but I haven't heard back anything yet. Any idea if admission decisions for this round are over or is there any hope till 2nd-3rd March?

Based on the last few years -> People can get the admit upto the deadline.

I know a lot of guys who are waiting for a decision. :cool:
Also BU receives over 1100 applications(the highest for any school in the 20-50 rankings bracket)
DO NOT lose hope yet.

Thanks for the wisdom mate; yeah I'm hoping for the best.
It's just that I have another interview scheduled for day after tomorrow. I was hoping that I could use the vibes from a positive decision to ace it.

WE: 75 months
GPA: 3.9
Companies worked with: TCS, ACCENTURE
Have leadership exp and extra curricular activities as well.

You can surely get an admit if you pull in a great application.
But they won't offer you money!
R3 is bad if you need money.

So If I were you I would apply in October if I needed money and R3 if I were filthy rich.

Hi,

There are a lot of candidates still waiting for the response.
It is possible that the Adcoms might be saving the best of the last and will offer you a full ride to BU.
Its happened before and no reason that can not happen now.
You have a decent GMAT.

Don't give up hope yet.

Just out of curiosity -> Has anyone who got admitted in Round 2 at Questrom, received a full tuition waiver for the MBA+MSDi program?
I haven't seen anyone as of yet.

Did anyone of the R2 admits receive the admitted package from BU?
I am still waiting on the portal update and the official letter of admit via mail. They said it will reach within a week, but as of yet - I got nothing!


Why isn't the portal updated yet?

I was told the same thing and have not received a package either. I live in Boston too, so shipping time is obviously as short as you can get.

I actually tried calling the school to get some info(or tracking ID) and they have been closed for three days straight.
There was some sort of storm in Boston. My calls has been going to voicemail(No, I did not leave a voice-message)

One thing that I really don't understand is why on earth didn't I receive any portal update.
The portal looks to be in a freeze mode. No news. No updates.

What do you plan on doing next ?

I actually live in the area too, so yeah, I know about the storm. I'm going to see if I get it today, otherwise I'm going to call on Monday.
