Profile Evaluation:
Indian 23 year old Male IT Engineer.
Academics:
GMAT 760 Q 50 V 42 IR 8
74% in B. Tech in IT (85% was the highest in my university). The university is average.
88% in class 10th and 12th
Work Experience:
29 months of experience as a quality analyst in a financial services domain company - A reputed and globally known firm. I have mentored an intern under me for 6 month long term. Also have experience of managing two full time resources for getting a project done(Duration - 8 months).
Post MBA Goals:
I do not want to do a MBA in marketing or HR. I find strategy, product management, Finance, Operations, Supply chain management equally interesting.
I wish to work post MBA for 10 years or so to gain knowledge about the market, the business and other factors and then finally wish to settle down as a teacher in the long run and pass on my knowledge and experiences to others.
In order to finance my MBA i rely solely on bank loans or scholarships.I am aiming for colleges in US or Canada.
Extra Achievements:
* A part of the team which organizes recreational activities for the technology team. The events are organized on a quarterly and semiannually basis.
* Managing a program from December 2013 wherein new hires are introduced to the whole team via newsletters and electronic communications. It helped in increased employee engagement.
* Exposed to culturally diverse counterparts belonging to China, US, UK and other regions of India.
* Developed websites for 2 small organizations in later half of 2013.
* Co founded a start up(an e commerce based grocery selling website) in November 2014. We ran it for 6 months and closed it in June 2015 due to various reasons.
* Have worked with a NGO for dog welfare for over 3 months as a volunteer. Organized camps for vaccination of stray dogs, educating people about vaccination for their dogs.
* Also organized a funding of 2000 $ for this NGO from foreign investors. The funding helped in vaccination of a large number of strays.
* Founded an online community in September 2014 for dogs welfare. the community organizes volunteer activities and has 5000+ members.
* Have been writing articles for school and college magazines and corporate newsletters.
* Won two national level managerial paper presentation competitions in 2012 and 2013.

Your stats are really good, but financial aid in the US for international student is a bit tricky. Often, international students are ineligible for student loans and scholarships can often be restricted to US citizens as well. Mostly, fellowship and scholarship money comes from wealthy philanthropist donors from the US who restrict their funds to US citizens. Some unrestricted scholarships exist, but you would need to reach out to individual programs to figure this out, since scholarship and fellowship restrictions are not often publicized on the web. As for recommending schools, I can only say your stats qualify you for just about any business school, but your financial restrictions may rule many of them out.
