Hi AWasey,
Excellent profile overall, and you will have a good shot at many of the programs on the target list. The list itself is too long and given the short time before R2 applications kick in, i would advise you parse it to 5 to 7 programs at max and submit your absolute best applications to these programs. In my experience as admissions consultant for 12 years, 5-7 programs is a very good number to get admits.
Regarding your profile- you have a lot of leadership experience, which will help you tremendously in building quality essays. The challenge can be - selecting the right stories and presenting them in a manner that will impress. This is where we see applicants fall short as they often think of leadership in very restricted context and are therefore not able to provide good insights into their experiences, despite having impressive content. I'd love to get on a call with you and discuss this further, should you be interested.
Another thing I like about your profile is that you have experiences outside work- and this can help you create a wholesome application. A lot of the applications on your target list will require you to have a strong personal profile (Booth for instance) as they ask non work related essay questions. Having strong personal stories will be beneficial in writing such essays.
Your career goals sound valid. A lot of applicants tend to write sicial entrepreneurship/ impact consulting as a long term career goal, and I question them if they have no prior experience around volunteering/ impact work. In your case, your social venture will support that goal. However, this is a preliminary analysis only and so, you should think deeply about your goals and make sure that you are able to connect the dots at the time of essay writing.
Now, the negative aspect is your low undergrad score. You must definitely write the optional essay to explain why your GPA was low. You have a reasonable GMAT but its not the strong point of your profile. You should there fore try bringing out your academic focus through other parts of your application. Hopefully strong applications will help you overcome this slight bump.
