The one thing B schools love most is interest from applicants who are already fast-tracked in their careers. And you seemingly check all the boxes for the schools on your list- the GMAT (compensating for your low grade), steep career progression, leadership exposure, international experience, side hustles, and community service.
That said, you will need to do an exceptional job at connecting the dots between your career decisions and trajectory so far, with the short-term goals you seek, and with the long-term interest in the social sector in perspective. Honestly, schools rarely get impressed with long-term social sector goals unless you show how that's an important aspect of your life and in a sustained manner. So don't throw in visionary long-term goals for the sake of it, as sometimes it can backfire. Rather, demonstrate that the short-term goal you've chosen, in your case MBB, in fact is an important and meaningful step in the journey you're undertaking to attain your long-term objectives ( and how).
Best wishes
