Work experience:
1. 5 years U.S. Air Force. Significant leadership experience, executing acquisition deals for the Air Force, exited military as Captain
2. 2 year Medtronic, surgery consultant, help increase revenue in a territory with a downward trend in revenue
4. 4 months working for NYC gov to launch a platform, new platform to help service veterans in need
Extra curricular:
-NCAA D1 Diver
-Air Force Reserves Captain
-Habitat for Humanity Volunteer
-Little league soccer coach

as for your profile, i don't have much to add except that whatever gets you a good look from admissions is probably not going to be found amidst a list of bullets, but instead in an honest & personal approach to your total application.
It'd also help to understand where you wanna go and what you want to do with this MBA, a detail that's left off of a lot of these profile reviews. A bad GPA/good CV who wants to do something interesting/genuine is a much different profile from a bad GPA/good CV who wants an MBA to make up for his/her bad GPA.

I can only agree with afabmp, your profile looks really interesting and has a lot of potential, but why do you need an MBA? What is your post-MBA goal and how do your previous experiences relate to that goal? What your answers are to these questions can really make a big difference, especially at the top schools, who are after something unique, something interesting and something out of the ordinary, rather than just facts and numbers. So either update us with that part or get to work on that part if you feel you don’t have great answers to these questions yet (and don’t forget that a professional can often help you if that is the case).
Also, make sure you address that low GPA in your application somehow (even in an additional essay if needed).
Besides that, my opinion is that you are in good shape for the schools listed!
