, and yes that undergrad GPA is the sore spot, but you've done all you can likely do to help counterbalance that in terms of a strong master's GPA at a solid university in your country and nailing the GMAT. Your professional experience, exposure and promotion all sound strong and valuable related to classroom discussions during b-school. I don't know much about any extracurricular or community experiences which would help, or international experience (of particular interest for INSEAD), but overall I feel you have a nice balanced school list and I would be cautiously optimistic for you. US schools do not get a ton of applicants from your country so that can help a touch as well yes.
