Name - Aryan Gupta
Age - 24
YOE - 3 Years now and 4 Years on August 2026 [Targeted cohort]
GMAT FE - 675 [95th Percentile]
IELTS - 7.5
Undergrad - BITS Pilani ,Computer Science [8.06 GPA]
Work Ex
. Have a good work ex at Salesforce with one promotion 2 years back and one hopefully coming next month
. Working as a Software Developer but my work also includes lots of customer interaction and project management
. Also enrolled in "Accelerate" programme - Salesforce future leaders programme to train future leaders
. Have experience in guiding new joiners and also have a good impactful projects
Also have internship experience in a startup for 3 months so worked in both a startup and big MNC
Academics
. Studied Project management and Digital Marketing in my undergrad
. Taught R to MBA students for Business Analytics
. Second semester mainly went hanging out with MBA proffs and students even though I was an undergrad [ so have lots of stories from that time too]
Co curricular
. Have experience working as a mentor for new first years joining college

Overall, barring #3 above, I see sufficient material to make a solid shot.

Some thoughts on your profile evaluation and plans.
- The academic arc works given the BITS pedigree, GPA and GMAT score (adequate for your current school selection). Not targeting US schools?
- The professional profile shows promise given the feeder nature of your employer. Have peers/seniors from your specific team been admitted to your target schools in the recent past though? The faster trajectory helps though the average experience at European schools tends to be in the 5+ years range, leading to some of these challenges.
- The ECs/CoCurricular arc looks light at best - just being brutally honest here. When was the NGO project and was it a one-off? Possible to restart?
- The international experience can help, depending on the duration/purpose as European schools value it a lot.
Overall, barring #3 above, I see sufficient material to make a solid shot.

My concern is that European programs prefer those with more work experience so your strategy should be to show impact, impact, impact. Lots of numbers in your CV.
And that you've been vetted for a high level of responsibility with respect to your age and role.
And, emotional maturity ofc.
This is a very respectable score, but given how competitive European schools are going to be this year, especially amongst Indians, make sure you're not leaving any money on the table.
Don't sacrifice your applications, but if you have it in you to make a couple adjustments in your approach that can bump it up ten points do that.

) are obviously fantastic institutions, and your profile on paper is a good fit, with one caveat. The core identity of INSEAD is internationalism, and that aspect is a slight weak point form what I can see in your profile so far.
