I would like to get my profile reviewed.
Indian, M, Age 33.
Education - B.Tech in CSE (Final Score - 75%, First class) from India
GMAT - 750
Work Experience and Additional Details:
1) 12 years in IT consulting in Fortune 500 firm
2) Worked 5 years in India, 7 years in US (currently in US on H1B)
3) Exceptional career graph. Currently Associate Manager. Highest ranked employee from past 6 years. Won almost all awards available.
4) Even though I am in IT sector, I have been doing functional work for big healthcare companies from past 12 years. I have very strong pharma background.
5) Handle $2 M portfolio. Exceptional relationships with senior clients. I can get stellar recommendations from my firm and client.
6) Completed MBA Math (to get familiar with business concepts)
7) Pursuing HBX Core (to highlight I can follow the rigor of world class education along with my job)
8) Pursuing Wharton Business Foundation Course
My long term aspirations are to leverage my technical, industry and managerial acumen to lead senior portfolios. My immediate goal is to move from technical/functional unit to strategic/consulting one.
My biggest worry is my age. At this time, I know I am on the edge of Full time and Executive MBA but I still want to try for Full time program for a more immersive experience and opportunity to break into consulting.
My target schools:
1) Not really sure if any US school would accept me (need guidance from Adcom)
2) INSEAD, LBS, IESE, HEC Paris
Any thoughts on my profile?

Good profile. Lots going for you- High GMAT, international work ex, great career progression. You can read here to know what to focus on in your written application.
Your age should not be a problem at the schools you have selected. Several people over 30 attend these schools.
A bigger concern is showcasing a need of an MBA since you are already doing well in your career. If you can tie your past skills (easy) to missing gaps that an MBA will fill (not that easy) then yu stand a good chance.

sudhir2018 you have some great things going here and yes the age is on the higher side for US schools but for European schools it is not anything that would be a deal-breaker if you apply this year. I would encourage you to apply to IMD because they specifically recruit for people with in this age range. If you are insisting on a consultant goal in your essays then you'll want to stick with European schools but in the US there's a great deal of ageist for US Consulting, if they recruit 28 year olds for consultant would be awkward to pay you the same as them. So you might have a chance at Duke and maybe even other Healthcare centered US schools that would appreciate your Pharma background but I would absolutely stay away from writing about Consulting. Choose your goals carefully stay away from on campus recruiting situations where you're going to look like the old dude.
